The Lodges and Marquees and manicured gardens offer multiple options for ceremonies right here on site.

Your party can move seamlessly into drinks, canapes served from our outside bar then to whatever place-be inside our lodges, marquee, or by our beautiful lake and gardens.

The Elopement Package

Prefer to just run away and enjoy your very special day. A selected few family and friends.

  • Outside Garden  Ceremony set up including casual seating for 40 people, sun umbrellas, registry table, portable sound system and a rehearsal in the week of the wedding.
  • Access to your chosen venue from 10.30 am until 12.30 am on the day of your wedding
  • The setting of the lodge-or Marquee ready for the reception including chairs, tables, crockery, cutlery, table cloths, napkins and glassware.
  • 10 hours consultancy and coordination with our specialist team. This includes an initial meeting. (6-7 months prior to wedding) and a second meeting (approx. 1 month prior to wedding) and 1-2 hours within the week of the wedding. Emails and phone communication
  • The use of Te Mata Views gardens and Orchard for photographs
  • Addition table that can be used for presents, favours, cards or decoration

Terms & Conditons

Our Venue package

  • Are set for a minimum and Maximum amount of people. If you should fall below the amount of people in the package-then we suggest one of our other great packages. Numbers cannot exceed the maximum amount of people in the package. The price will not change should the numbers  vary between the set numbers
  • Our expect quiet after 1am
  • We do not offer table service-However this  means your guests will leave their table and mingle with other guests in their trips to and from the bar.
  • Food is a smorgasbord- and is  not served to your table
  • 30% of booking is to be paid on confirmation and is none refundable. A further 50% Deposit is required within 3 months of wedding -the balance is to be paid 2 weeks prior to the wedding
  • There no cancellations allowed on any accommodation, booked with our  wedding packages.
